1. What the service is

Bharat Markets AI is an informational research tool for Indian stocks and mutual funds. It aggregates public market data and computes transparent, rule-based scenario estimates. The service is offered "as is" for educational and informational purposes.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on this service is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Predictions, scores and scenario ranges are statistical estimates built from historical data; they are not guarantees of future performance and may be wrong. 3. Accounts

You need an email address to sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account, for activity under your login, and for using the service lawfully. One person, one account; automated account creation is not permitted.

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data feeds; do not resell access; do not misrepresent data from the service as your own research product. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Data accuracy

Market data may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong, and scenario estimates depend on the quality of public data sources. We correct issues on a best-effort basis but do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete or timely.

6. Intellectual property

The service's software, design, guides and generated content are owned by Bharat Markets AI. Underlying market facts belong to their sources and are displayed for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Advertising

The service displays third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) to remain free. Ad delivery involves cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for advertisers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any financial loss resulting from decisions made using the service. If we are found liable, total liability is limited to the greater of fees you paid us (typically zero) or ₹1,000.
